The challenge

Care providers face an audit-heavy regulatory environment and typically manage it with Word documents, spreadsheets and memory. Preparing for an audit takes weeks and still surfaces gaps. The sector needed a platform built for Australian frameworks, not a generic form builder.

What we built

We designed and built Accorda from the ground up as a multi-tenant platform: each register has a proper state machine, deadlines are tracked against the relevant framework, and every record is hashed so it can be proven unchanged. AI helps draft policies and flag reportable incidents; a human always confirms.
