Custom software for your business. You see it working before you pay.
Quote generators, dashboards, AI receptionists, customer portals, websites — built around how your business actually runs. We build a working prototype first. No invoice until it does what we agreed.
Sydney-based, Australia-wide. Your data stays in Australia. You own the code.

How it works
Scope → free prototype → pay → own it
Businesses running on software we built
Platforms, portals, calculators and websites in daily use — every one built the way we'd build yours.
How we work
Three steps. Nothing to pay until you've seen it working.
Most people have been burnt by software that cost a lot and did little. So we changed the order: you see it work first.
Scope it, price it
A 30-minute call, then a short written scope listing exactly what the tool will do and a fixed price. No hourly rates, no surprises.
See it working — free
We build a working prototype of the core feature and demonstrate it. If it doesn't do what we agreed, you walk away and owe nothing.
Pay, we finish, you own it
Once you're happy, you pay and we complete the build, hand it over and train your team. Support, hosting and updates are available monthly if you want them.

The problems we fix every week
If your team spends more time on admin than on the work you're paid for, that's a tool waiting to be built.
- Admin eats time that should go to customers
- Quotes and invoices get re-typed from things that already exist
- Calls are missed and nobody knows who rang
- Reports take days and are stale when they're done
- The process breaks whenever one key person is away
- Customers email to ask things they should be able to see
- Staff credentials and expiries live on sticky notes
- Paperwork gets typed from PDFs into a system by hand
- Bookings clash or fall through the cracks
- Three subscriptions together almost do what you need
- The website looks fine but never produces an enquiry
- You know AI could help but not where to start

Fixed price, written scope
Every build starts with a document saying what's in and out, and a price that doesn't move.
Built and supported by the people you talk to

Questions
Things people ask before they call
If yours isn't here, ask it on the contact form — that's a fine first message.
Can I get a tool custom-made for my business?
Yes — that's what we do. Describe the job you want done (or the spreadsheet you want to retire) and we'll scope a tool around it. Most of the services on this site started as a custom build for one business.
How does 'see it working before you pay' actually work?
After a scoping call we send a short written scope and a fixed price. We then build a working prototype of the core feature and demonstrate it to you. If it does what we agreed, you pay and we complete the build. If it doesn't, you walk away and owe nothing. The prototype covers the core feature, not the whole product, and stays with us until payment.
How much does it cost?
Every service page shows a typical range, and the pricing page has them side by side. Small tools such as a calculator or missed-call assistant start around $450–$700; quote generators, invoicing and websites are typically $700–$3,700; trackers, portals and dashboards $1,500–$7,500; full platforms more. You always get a fixed quote before we start.
How long does it take?
Small tools in a few days. Most builds are live within one to two weeks. Larger platforms are delivered in stages so you're using the first part early.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On completion the code, design and data are yours. You're never locked in.
What about hosting, support and updates?
Anything that needs hosting, a database or occasional attention runs under a monthly plan that covers hosting, backups, monitoring and support. Prices are on each service page. For tools you host yourself, support is available on a retainer or per request.
Can you work with the systems we already use?
Usually. We connect to Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, most CRMs, calendars, SMS and payment gateways. If something is hard to connect to, we'll say so upfront and suggest a workaround.
Is our data safe? Where is it stored?
Data is stored in an Australian (Sydney) data centre, encrypted in transit and at rest, with daily backups and role-based access. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Do you only work with Sydney businesses?
We're based in Sydney's Hills District and work with businesses across Australia. Almost everything is done online. For larger projects we're happy to come to you around Sydney for requirements workshops, prototype demos and training.
We're not sure what we need. Can you help us work it out?
Yes. The scoping call is exactly that. Tell us what's slow, manual or annoying and we'll suggest the smallest tool that fixes it. Sometimes the answer is 'use this off-the-shelf product' — we'll tell you that too.
Can you build something we could sell as a product?
Yes. Several of the businesses in our portfolio sell software we built for them. We can build multi-user, multi-customer products from the start.
Tell us what's slow. We'll show you it fixed.
A 30-minute call, a written scope and a fixed price. Then a working prototype — before you pay anything.
Get in touch
Tell us what you'd like to build
Two or three sentences is plenty. We'll reply within one business day with questions and a suggested next step — usually a 30-minute call.
