Website plus a set of internal tools: landed-cost import calculators, an invoice generator and a customer statement creator, replacing a tangle of spreadsheets with one connected system.
The challenge
Pricing imported seafood correctly depends on currency, freight, duty, insurance and wastage, and the maths lived in a 14-tab spreadsheet only one person understood. Invoicing and statements were manual and error-prone.
What we built
We built the calculators as a clean web tool from the real formulas, validated against past shipments, then added invoicing and statements on top of the same data so nothing is typed twice.
