A single-tenant compliance portal covering staff records, policy sign-offs and incident reporting, plus an NDIS funding calculator that helps participants and coordinators understand what a plan covers.
The challenge
An allied health provider working under the NDIS needed to prove compliance across staff, policies and incidents, and wanted a simple way to answer participants' questions about funding.
What we built
We built a focused compliance portal first, then the funding calculator as a public tool. The portal's design became the foundation of Accorda.

- NDIS funding calculator for participants and support coordinators
- Later migrated into the multi-tenant Accorda platform with full history preserved
The outcome
Compliance evidence is organised and provable, and the calculator is used by coordinators and families directly. The provider's website was built by another team; we built the tools behind it.
